whiteline is an Application that helps parents to find various activities within their area. Through the App, you will be able to search, share, add to favorites as well as make a direct booking to the selected activity.
whiteline is a platform in Saudi that will enable you to search easily for your kids’ preferred activity using different criteria and preferred options including age, gender, time, and affordable prices. Once you find an activity, you can make instant online bookings. In the App, you will have a special page that views your kid’s schedule and you can add them to your calendar.
Additionally, you will find different deals provided exclusively for whiteline customers. We continue to add more activities on weekly basis. Whatever your kids enjoy, you will find it simply in whiteline and you can add it to your favorites list for a future booking.
whiteline App currently covers activities for kids from 0 to 18 years old, boys and girls.
Download the Application from google play or the Apple store and navigate thru the activities and book instantly.
You can browse the App as you like but if you like to book an activity, you will need to register with us so we can keep your basic information and remind you about your kids’ activities.
There is a special icon in the App footer where you can find all your active and archived bookings and details.
Via our App, you can either pay via your MADA card, Visa, MasterCard as well as Cash on arrival option.
If you select a specific activity or package, you can add all your kids and book at once. However, if you like to book a different session for your kids, you need to do it separately.
Simply add the code in the coupon field during the payment process.
whiteline has started in the Eastern Region however we plan to cover other regions in the near future. You can find the currently covered cities once you open the App.
You can cancel the activity at least 10 days prior to the start date. No money returns for any late cancellation.
whiteline team will return your money within 15 to 30 days after the cancellation date.
Unfortunately, currently, you can’t reschedule your booking. Through the App, you can only cancel your booking and then make another booking with a time that suits your schedule.
Yes, you will find the provider contact info in the event details. Also, once you make a booking, you can find all booking details and provider contact info in your booking page.
